Welcome to our second IWCK General Meeting on October 9 from 9.30am to 12.00. We are once again meeting in the charming Cafe Bel Etage, at Shota Rustaveli 16A, and we plan for you many interesting topics.
Our guest speaker this time will be Myroslava Hartmond, a researcher, curator, and cultural critic.
In February 2016, Myroslava was nominated among the Cultural Leaders of the EU-Eastern Partnership Culture & Creativity Programme. She recently contributed to ‘Looking for Lenin’ (FUEL Publishing, 2017) and co-curates the ‘FALLEN: Revolution.
Myroslava’s presentation will focus on her experience of curating the ‘FALLEN’ exhibit, and the challenge of bringing contemporary Ukrainian culture to the attention of Western critical circles.
At the General meeting you can also register to become an IWCK member and pay for themembership dues: 2000 UAH for 2017-2018. Membership dues help us to cover costs of running IWCK office and of Coffee breaks during the General meetings.
RSVP please to email@example.com by Friday noon.
